Responsible Gaming at bije99 — your safety is our priority

bije99 believes that online gaming is for entertainment — not a source of stress or harm. We are committed to always helping you build healthy and safe gaming habits.

Our Commitment

Why is responsible gaming so important?

At bije99, we place the highest importance on the wellbeing of every player. Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment, but if it goes out of control it can cause personal, family and financial harm. That is why we have built a culture of responsible gaming as the core foundation of our platform.

Our goal is not just to provide games — it is also our responsibility to ensure you enjoy every moment and play while staying in control. bije99's responsible gaming policy is designed with Bangladeshi players directly in mind.

Important: bije99 is only for individuals aged 21 and above. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We verify age and reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts in cases of suspicion.

Never treat gambling as a source of income or a way to pay off debt. Before each bet, decide how much time and money you are willing to spend and stick to that limit. If you lose, do not place more bets to try to recover losses — that mindset is where problems begin.

Protection Tools

Our tools to keep you safe

bije99 offers several effective tools and settings that help you control your own gaming experience.

Deposit Control

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately; to increase it you must wait 24 hours — this protects you from impulsive decisions.

Time Control

Time-Out Feature

Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Login is completely blocked during a time-out. This is the ideal option when you need a short break.

Long-Term Protection

Self-Exclusion

You can exclude yourself from the bije99 platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. If you try to open a new account while self-exclusion is active, it will be closed. This is the most strict protective measure available.

Bet Control

Bet Amount Limit

Set the maximum amount you will wager on a single bet in advance. Using this feature helps you protect yourself from large losses and enjoy longer entertainment sessions.

Age Verification

21+ Age Confirmation

Age is verified using a national ID card or birth certificate when opening an account at bije99. In any case of doubt we may request additional documents, and underage accounts are closed immediately.

Support Service

24/7 Support

Contact our Bangladeshi support team via live chat at any time. We are able to assist with gaming issues as well as provide impartial advice on responsible gaming.

Warning Signs

Recognise the signs of problem gaming

Gaming addiction often develops gradually and can be difficult to recognise in yourself. Be aware if you or someone you know shows any of the following signs:

  • You are spending more than your set budget and cannot stop yourself.
  • You are placing additional bets to try to recover money you have lost.
  • You are giving gaming more priority than family, friends or work.
  • You feel restless or irritable when you stop gaming.
  • You are lying about or hiding your gaming habits.
  • You are playing with borrowed money or funds meant for emergencies.
  • You have trouble sleeping or concentrating when you cannot game.

If even one of these signs is affecting your life, do not wait — contact our support team right away.

Ask Yourself

Take a quick self-check

Answer the questions below honestly — this is not medical advice, but it can help you understand your situation:

In the past three months, have you felt that you should cut down or stop gaming but could not?
Has gaming caused tension in your relationships with family or friends?
Are you giving gaming more priority than work or studies?
Do you feel irritable or unsettled when you are unable to game?

If the answer to one or more of these questions is "yes", we recommend activating self-exclusion or a time-out and ask that you speak with our support team.

Healthy Gaming

Build safe gaming habits

Responsible gaming is not just about restrictions — it is a way to make gaming more enjoyable. Following a few simple rules will allow you to enjoy gaming over the long term:

  • Set a specific budget in advance and do not go over it.
  • Take regular breaks — at least 10 minutes of rest for every hour of play.
  • Never place bets while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when you are tired.
  • Spend time with family and friends — do not let gaming become your only form of entertainment.
  • Never play with savings or borrowed money.
  • Do not think of gaming as a way to earn money — it is entertainment, not an investment.
  • Avoid placing large bets late at night or when driven by emotion.
Policy

bije99's responsible gaming policy

bije99 follows a clear set of policies to protect players in Bangladesh. These policies apply at every level of the platform:

Age Restriction

A strict 21+ age verification process applies to all accounts.

Data Protection

Your personal and financial information is fully secured with SSL encryption.

Fair Play

All games are operated in accordance with fair play standards.

Transparency

Bonus terms and conditions, withdrawal policies and gaming rules are all published with complete clarity.

Financial Safety

Transaction limits and protection

To ensure financial safety at bije99, we have set minimum deposit and withdrawal limits. Knowing these limits is an important part of your responsible gaming plan:

Minimum Deposit

৳500
Via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Minimum Withdrawal

৳1,000
Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes.

Your personal deposit limit can be set at any amount above this minimum. Reducing a limit is immediate, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period — this prevents overspending in the heat of the moment.

FAQ

Responsible Gaming Q&A

Yes, reducing your deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a mandatory 24-hour waiting period, so you are protected from decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Absolutely. Your account balance remains fully intact while a time-out or self-exclusion is active. You can make a withdrawal once the period ends or with the help of our support team.

bije99 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. If an underage account is identified during verification, it is closed immediately and no funds are returned. We strongly discourage registration using false information.

Contact our 24/7 live chat support — we will assist you without judgment. You can also write to us at [email protected]. For serious concerns, speak with family members and consider seeking professional mental health support.
